Shipping policy

  • Free Shipping Offer: For a limited time, all orders shipped within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) qualify for free standard shipping as part of our product launch promotion.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Options: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Available methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

  • Delivery Issues: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. SOZO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
