Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SOZO massage gun wall mount. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in like-new condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

• The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all components, accessories, and instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please note that returns not meeting the above requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
